Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming client communications via phone and email
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure order precision
  • Address backorder situations and process refunds
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to clients

  • Contribute to the AIB Mock Recall initiative
Required Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in client support within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics NAV
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience in digitally printed packaging is advantageous
  • Proficient in problem-solving techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-driven and meticulous
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks
  • Solid mathematical skills for pricing and invoicing
  • Adhere to company policies and AIB standards

Compensation: $50,000 annually. GCH offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes salary, performance bonuses, retirement plans, and health coverage.
