Job Title: Business Development Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at MySalesRecruiter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services
  • Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Large volume sales experience with a strong ability to close deals
  • Experience with a broad range of sales cycles and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • History of career stability with a maximum of 3 employers in the last 10 years
  • Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
  • 4-year college degree preferred
