Strategic Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team in Stamford, CT. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the benefits of in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance to the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their key business needs and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals.
- Enhance customer loyalty and drive impactful corporate initiatives.
- Residence within the specified market area to meet hybrid work requirements.
- A minimum of 8 years in B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the past decade.
- Proven success in new business development within marketing solutions or professional services.
- Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).
- A base salary of $135K with potential earnings between $175k - $200k in the first year through commissions.
- Additional benefits include eligibility for comprehensive performance reward programs, a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client entertainment.
