  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions or professional business services
  • Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k+ per sale)
  • Experience with broad range of sales cycles (3-6-12 months)
  • Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products required; proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $135,000 (non-negotiable) plus commissions
  • First year expected OTE $200,000; second year and beyond much higher OTE expected
  • Full suite of performance management reward programs, including an annual President's Club travel award
  • Car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and full expense account for client entertainment
