ROLE SUMMARY
We are in search of a Program Analyst to provide support to the USSF PMA in Washington DC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing and planning personnel policies and programs
  • Crafting strategic narratives for effective communication and advocacy
  • Delivering administrative support to senior executives
  • Advising on matters related to congressional engagement
  • Coordinating IT systems for human resource management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's Degree accompanied by over 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience in conducting studies and presenting findings
  • Expertise in communications and product development
  • Background in strategic communications within the Department of Defense
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with information technology supporting human capital management
