Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience providing IT support in a public safety environment (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience conveying technical and functional concepts (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience preparing complex technical documentation (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects and ensuring compliance (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience providing technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and support (preferred)
