As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that addresses the critical needs of our clients, ensuring outstanding service with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot data center hardware, focusing on mid to high-end servers and storage solutions.
  • Deliver on commitments regarding response times and resolutions to foster trust and loyalty among clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department for parts management, engage with Technical Support partners for escalations, and work alongside the local Sales team to exceed client expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance and maintain your technical expertise.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with foundational knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Availability for on-call duties to meet 24/7 client needs as part of a scheduled rotation.
  • Prior experience in field service is preferred.
