Position Summary: SABG is actively seeking a Technical Staff III – Senior Program Analyst to provide support for the USSF PMA Administrative functions. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the planning, development, and execution of personnel policies, guidance, and legislative initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and integration of strategic narratives to effectively communicate the USSF resource allocation plan and program objectives to stakeholders.
  • Deliver senior executive administrative support, including task management, product generation, and calendar oversight.
  • Possess familiarity with military and civilian personnel actions, including recruiting, assignments, and benefits.
  • Advise the Chief Human Capital Officer on congressional engagements and liaisons.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not include supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in office administration and personnel policy analysis.
  • Experience with military Personnel Systems Management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ETMS2, Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaR), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments are necessary.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in standard office software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
