  • Oversee help desk activities and manage customer inquiries

  • Conduct routine maintenance and administrative duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in hardware and software configuration
  • Expertise in desktop operating systems and endpoint management solutions
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent IT service management tools
  • Proficient in diagnosing hardware and software challenges
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
