Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Join H Star as a Senior Account Executive and play a critical role in driving advertising revenue growth for our network. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales budget
  • Develop, expand, and manage assigned accounts to maximize advertising revenue
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to increase revenue year over year
  • Understand and manage a transparent sales process, including account updates, collections, and management of schedules
  • Develop working relationships with advertising agencies, including negotiation of rates and other contractual terms
  • Utilize integration concepts to develop regional sports marketing programs
  • Stay up-to-date on media industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Research, analyze, qualify, and monitor competitive media to generate new prospects and appointments
  • Prospect, qualify, and close sales to generate new advertising revenue
  • Build relationships with clients through strategic contact and responsible use of expense accounts
  • Manage an effective workflow process with sales support team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the media industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make effective presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
Work Environment:

This role will work in an office and stadium environment, requiring the ability to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.
