Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Washington Integrative Foot & Ankle. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate clearly with patients and staff, and accurately document messages and interactions
- Confirm and update patient contact information at every contact
- Make follow-up calls to patients who have left messages
- Document appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and staff
- Be courteous and professional in all interactions with patients
- Route calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution
- Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding skills
- Ability to navigate patient records systems
- Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, develop solutions, and make recommendations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills over the telephone
- Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with patients
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical practice terminology
- Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
- Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to reliably commute to our Kirkland and Everett offices
