Patient Services Coordinator

Washington Integrative Foot & Ankle is seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing patient communication.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication with patients and staff
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and medical professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems

This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
