As a Patient Services Specialist at Providence Health & Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to healthcare services
- Foster and nurture relationships with patients and healthcare providers
- Support patients in a high-volume, omni-channel environment
- Provide technical support with patient health applications
- Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the healthcare system
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 2+ years of experience interacting and engaging customers over the phone
- Technical support experience a plus
