Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Balance Health. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient services or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
