  • Oversee comprehensive multi-channel initiatives and campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads, facilitating deal creation, enhancing marketing pipeline, and driving inbound annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the US sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a global demand generation strategy customized for the US market.
  • Design, develop, and execute a variety of demand generation programs.
  • Investigate creative methods to disseminate existing content to enhance demand.
  • Conduct experiments, optimize, monitor, measure, and analyze outcomes.
  • Establish targets, manage financial resources, and ensure initiatives yield a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Evaluate and report on success using comprehensive funnel metrics and attribution insights.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor tactics, and maintain a competitive edge in demand generation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in demand generation or comparable growth/revenue generation roles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS/B2B technology sector.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.
  • Creative, analytical, data-oriented, and innovative approach.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and a self-driven attitude.
  • Experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
