Position Overview
The Senior Manager of B2B Demand Generation will take charge of implementing our comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy. This role involves developing and executing tactics that enhance demand for our consulting services, agency teams, and retained search offerings. Key responsibilities will encompass lifecycle marketing, management of marketing technology, website oversight, sales enablement, and paid advertising initiatives. This position is remote and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of a holistic, full-funnel demand generation strategy aimed at boosting brand visibility and generating leads—from awareness initiatives to mid- and bottom-funnel activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience requirements.
  • Craft and implement full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture leads, engage clients, and foster long-term loyalty through audience segmentation, experimentation, and personalized efforts to enhance customer journeys.
  • Oversee the company website, creating new landing pages to improve user experience, support marketing campaigns, and drive conversions.
  • Evaluate and analyze demand generation initiatives to showcase ROI and program effectiveness; utilize data insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies, creative content, and messaging.
  • Manage the integration of HubSpot and other internal tools to maintain data integrity, effective customer segmentation, and accurate reporting; employ basic SQL queries to facilitate new campaigns and ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer marketing programs that support upselling, cross-selling, and expansion efforts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 3 years in the marketing services sector.
  • Proficient in lifecycle marketing, with experience using HubSpot or similar tools, and a solid understanding of basic HTML.
  • Experience in building and optimizing landing pages, preferably using Webflow.
  • Skilled in executing paid media strategies on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Highly analytical, capable of interpreting data and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making; familiarity with SQL and data integration tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills; highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn about, a tech stack that includes HubSpot, Webflow, Zapier, Canva, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Slack, and Google Workspace products.
