About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Growth Marketing Strategist to lead our efforts in scaling our user base and revenue. This role is critical to our team's success and offers the potential for growth into an executive-level position, possibly Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), as you demonstrate your impact and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition: Develop and optimize campaigns across paid channels to drive efficient growth, ensuring measurable and repeatable success.
  • Channel Activation: Identify and leverage underutilized channels like Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter to drive growth.
  • Performance Marketing: Apply your deep understanding of performance marketing in gaming to create competitive advantages, comparable to hedge fund trading where small, data-driven advantages are crucial.
  • Strategy Alignment: Align growth marketing strategies with overall company goals, preparing and presenting reports on growth metrics and campaign effectiveness to the executive team.
  • Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation and growth through constant experiments, A/B testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science.

Requirements:

  • Quantitative Analysis and Creative Skills: Proficiency in both quantitative analysis for metrics like LTV and creative skills for developing impactful ad campaigns.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or other relevant fields related to Data and Data Science.
  • Data Savviness: Data-savvy with deep knowledge of marketing technologies and performance metrics.
  • Education: Ideally hold an MBA from a Top-Tier program, with an undergrad degree from a prestigious university.
