The Mission: Propel High-Impact Growth Marketing Initiatives

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Professional with a proven history of success, ideally with over five years of hands-on experience in growth marketing within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software arenas. Your objective will be to connect our revolutionary AI solutions with the healthcare providers who require them, developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies that yield quantifiable results.
Role Overview

As a vital member of our marketing team, your responsibilities will focus on crafting and executing growth strategies that effectively convey the value of Thoughtful AI's offerings to the healthcare sector. This will lead to increased pipeline growth and surpassing revenue objectives. Your contributions will be essential to our overall success, fostering demand, enhancing brand visibility, and ultimately supporting our mission to revolutionize healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Implementation:
  • Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies aimed at driving lead generation and customer acquisition across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, out-of-home, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and emerging channels you will identify and explore.
  • Build and refine campaigns across platforms such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and Meta, while continuously testing new channels to enhance our digital strategy.
  • Optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI, utilizing data analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to the most impactful projects.
Testing and Enhancement:
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to consistently enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall ROI.
Lead Generation and Conversion Improvement:
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent influx of potential customers into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies, enhancing the customer journey from prospect to client.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Engineering, to ensure marketing efforts are comprehensive and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to strategize, review progress, and incorporate feedback into marketing practices.
Impact Assessment and Reporting:
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of all marketing activities, using data, dashboards, and analytics to measure effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining successes, challenges, and key metrics from marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated Experience: At least five years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proven success in utilizing data analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
