Lead Generation Strategist - Rillion

As the Lead Generation Strategist, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing multi-channel initiatives and campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads, creating business opportunities, and enhancing the marketing pipeline within the US sector.

Your role will involve experimenting with a variety of marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and stimulate demand. By working closely with the US Sales team, you will facilitate the conversion of leads into business opportunities while assessing performance metrics and market trends.

Joining a vibrant Lead Generation team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the overarching demand generation strategy, tailoring it for the US market to foster growth
  • Designing, implementing, and managing a range of demand generation programs, including paid media, events, account-based marketing, and collaborative content initiatives
  • Discovering innovative methods to disseminate existing content to drive demand
  • Conducting optimization experiments, including tracking and analysis
  • Aiming to meet targets, budget constraints, and key performance indicators across all channels
  • Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts

Additionally, you will:

  • Remain knowledgeable about Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and leverage them effectively in campaigns
  • Stay updated on market dynamics and competitor strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in demand generation or comparable growth strategies
3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related fields (SaaS/B2B Tech preferred)
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of the B2B sales process
Self-driven team player with experience in HubSpot considered an advantage.
