Key Responsibilities:

THE POSITION:

As a member of the Growth & Performance Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of AMD-powered Data Center and Client solutions. Your primary focus will be to orchestrate global demand generation through innovative experimentation aimed at enhancing acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization. You will work closely with various teams, including Worldwide Marketing GTM, Partner Alliances, Regional Marketing, business units, Sales, Data Science, Digital, PR, and Social, to formulate and implement growth strategies across both organic and paid channels. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the development of new reporting dashboards and marketing collateral. This impactful role demands creativity, leadership, and a strong passion for our commercial initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, emphasizing integrated marketing and account-based strategies for enterprise clients. A deep understanding of the customer decision-making process is essential, along with the ability to optimize the customer experience for improved conversions. You should be proactive, innovative, and excel at fostering relationships across departments to implement comprehensive account-based marketing strategies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to leverage your expertise to enhance AMD's integrated marketing efforts in a dynamic environment are crucial.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally with Worldwide Marketing teams, Sales, Business Units, Product Marketing, and Data Science to define strategies, build scalable growth models, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business success.
  • Acquisition Model Development: Build, maintain, and optimize essential acquisition models for B2B products through effective experimentation and a test-small-learn-fast approach.
  • Regional Collaboration: Work with regional marketing teams to scale and manage the implementation of acquisition models across relevant channels, both paid and organic.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist the Campaign Manager in forecasting, measuring, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of growth models and campaigns against key metrics such as marketing qualified leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide support through various touchpoints, including reporting, digital selling materials, training resources, and closed-loop feedback.

Content Strategy:

  • Partner with product marketing and business unit stakeholders to create or refine One AMD content for use in acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives that align with customer journey stages.
  • Oversee multiple marketing agencies to develop creative assets and messaging that effectively engage and convert potential customers, including crafting creative briefs, managing agency production, leading creative reviews, and overseeing timelines and budgets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns with a focus on integrated marketing and account-based strategies for large enterprise accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of the Customer Decision Journey and experience in optimizing customer experiences.
  • Experience in designing orchestrated journeys for target accounts and cohorts.
  • Demonstrated success in developing scalable growth models for B2B products/services across various audience segments.
  • Familiarity with account-based and growth marketing technology stacks (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI).
  • Ability to analyze performance across diverse channels (SEM, Display, Native, Paid Social).
  • Experience in implementing automation based on triggers and segmentation.
  • Proficient in A/B testing and utilizing experimentation tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience analyzing large datasets (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to create marketing materials in digital, video, and written formats.
  • Effective collaboration skills across functions.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
