Role Overview: As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at engaging users during their onboarding process. Your focus will be on accelerating their journey to realizing the value of MongoDB Atlas while crafting effective monetization strategies for targeted users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow growth marketers, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Developer Relations to enhance user experiences and drive monetization through tailored digital interactions.
  • Work closely with the Growth Product team to refine user onboarding, engagement, and monetization strategies, utilizing experimentation and A/B testing to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead experiments from conception through execution, ensuring thorough planning, content creation, and iterative improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of product, market, and customer data to identify high-potential user segments and new growth opportunities.
  • Align messaging with Product Marketing and Product teams to ensure cohesive communication during product launches and customer campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or related fields, preferably within a SaaS or self-service environment.
  • Proven ability to engage a technical audience and drive customer success through value-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional skills in crafting compelling messaging and content that resonates with technical stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of scaling programs effectively.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with a passion for measuring impact and outcomes.
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in team environments and valuing constructive feedback.
  • A proactive ownership mentality, taking initiative to drive projects to completion.
