Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Event Management Specialist to oversee and implement all corporate and community events. The successful candidate will take charge of organizing internal gatherings, such as team meetings and training sessions featuring industry guest speakers, as well as identifying and coordinating participation in community events for outreach and health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Implementation:
    • Design, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including team meetings, training sessions, and educational workshops.
    • Identify and secure industry guest speakers for corporate events.
    • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Community Outreach:
    • Research and identify community events that resonate with Revival Research Institute's mission and values.
    • Plan and organize outreach activities and health screenings at community events.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and event coordinators.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are conducted within financial constraints.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize expenses.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Work alongside the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including digital platforms and press releases.
    • Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and informational brochures.
  • Post-Event Evaluation:
    • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess event success and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Prepare post-event reports and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sector.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for event coordination.
