The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of pain management methodologies, comprehensive patient evaluations, and the formulation of effective therapeutic strategies. EPIC Health Systems operates as a multi-disciplinary practice, providing a broad spectrum of in-house services aimed at improving patient outcomes across all stages of life. Our collaborative team comprises Physicians, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, and various other professionals, all dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient evaluations to assess pain-related conditions and exhibit medical proficiency in Pain Management.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in delivering patient care, including referrals, prescriptions, and procedural interventions.
- Administer a variety of pain management techniques, such as joint injections and nerve blocks.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding pain management approaches, lifestyle modifications, exercise regimens, and nutritional guidance.
- Track patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and ensure effective pain relief and functional improvement.
- Engage in collaborative team discussions to review cases and enhance pain management services.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues across all departments and remain informed about industry advancements and best practices.
- Comply with licensure standards, participate in relevant educational programs, and prioritize patient confidentiality.
- Honor patient preferences and incorporate social and cultural considerations into healthcare delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in pain management is essential and enhances your qualifications.
- Significant experience in Pain Management is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical capabilities in pain management procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
