Position Summary:
We are in search of a meticulous and energetic Event Coordinator to oversee and implement all organizational and community events. The successful candidate will take charge of internal gatherings, such as team meetings and training sessions featuring industry experts, while also identifying and managing participation in community events for outreach and health promotion.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Implementation:
    • Design, organize, and execute corporate events, including team meetings, training sessions, and educational workshops.
    • Identify and engage guest speakers from the clinical research sector for organizational events.
    • Oversee all logistical elements of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Community Involvement:
    • Investigate and pinpoint community events that resonate with the mission and values of Revival Research Institute.
    • Plan and facilitate promotional activities and health screenings at community events.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with local organizations and event coordinators.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are conducted within financial constraints.
    • Negotiate agreements with vendors and service providers to maximize cost efficiency.
  • Marketing & Outreach:
    • Work alongside the marketing team to advertise events through various platforms, including digital media and press releases.
    • Develop and distribute event-related materials, such as invitations, schedules, and informational brochures.
  • Post-Event Evaluation:
    • Collect and assess feedback from participants or staff to evaluate event success and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Compile post-event reports and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, ideally within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for event coordination.
