Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM systems to compile comprehensive lead lists, ensuring agents have current information to navigate the listing and closing processes.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to verify that all sales objectives are achieved.
  • Identify, manage, and qualify incoming sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, enabling agents to respond to clients promptly and effectively.
  • Expand and nurture existing business opportunities within the designated area to grow our sales territory.
  • Follow up with prospects post-initial meeting through various communication methods to integrate them into the sales pipeline and develop qualified real estate leads.
  • Personalized Client Representation: Provide exceptional, tailored service to our elite clientele, guiding both seasoned investors and first-time luxury buyers with expertise and discretion.
  • Premium Portfolio Management: Showcase and oversee an exquisite array of luxury listings, ensuring each property is marketed with the highest level of sophistication to emphasize its unique prestige.

Qualifications:

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car.
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of one.
