Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM systems to compile comprehensive lead lists, ensuring agents have current information to navigate the listing and closing processes.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to ensure all sales objectives are achieved.
  • Manage and qualify incoming sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, enabling agents to respond to clients promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and expand existing business opportunities within the designated area to grow our sales region.
  • Follow up with prospects after initial meetings through various communication methods to integrate them into the sales pipeline and nurture real estate qualified leads.
  • Bespoke Client Representation: Provide exceptional, personalized service to our elite clientele, guiding both seasoned investors and first-time luxury buyers with expertise and discretion.

Qualifications:
