Responsibilities:

  • Support Real Estate Agents: Assist with preparing and organizing documents needed for listings, escrows, and closings.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Database Management: Ensure all listings are accurately entered into our database and update information as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Real Estate or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email, as well as real estate-specific software.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred but not required.
