Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM systems to compile a comprehensive list of leads, ensuring agents have current information to navigate the listing and closing processes.
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports to ensure all sales objectives are achieved.
- Identify, manage, and qualify incoming sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, enabling agents to respond to clients promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and expand existing business opportunities within the designated geographical area to grow our sales territory.
- Follow up with prospects after initial meetings through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to integrate them into the sales pipeline and nurture real estate qualified leads.
- Personalized Client Representation: Provide unparalleled, tailored service to our elite clientele, assisting both seasoned investors and first-time luxury buyers with expertise and discretion.
