Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing a variety of proposals, pre-qualification documents, marketing materials, and presentations. This role requires close collaboration with GPI's Business Development team, technical experts, project managers, and the broader marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Management: Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) to determine requirements and key deliverables. Oversee the proposal process, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring effective communication with engineering teams to grasp project scopes.
  • Proposal Writing: Lead the writing efforts for proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance with guidelines. Conduct quality control reviews to maintain high standards before submission.
  • Submission Oversight: Manage the final review process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of proposals prior to submission deadlines.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work on marketing initiatives and track business development activities using Deltek VantagePoint.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the firm's online presence, including website and social media channels, while managing multiple marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity in branding across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Networking and Professional Development: Represent the firm at industry events and stay informed on marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant marketing experience within the AEC industry, with a strong background in proposal management. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is essential. Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
