Job Overview

At Media Logic USA LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate creative assets to ensure they meet client expectations and objectives.
  • Independently coordinate and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate and manage changes in day-to-day project needs.
  • Prioritize and troubleshoot based on changing project needs and attention to internal and client deadlines.
  • Develop work statements, project briefs, and project schedules to kickoff projects internally.
  • Update project status documents on a daily basis and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and manage the final production process, including scheduling, maintaining production dates, and coordinating client approvals.
  • Listen to client inputs, reconcile client feedback, and clarify client expectations.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and managing project risks and issues.
  • Manage budgets and resources, working with senior account team members to ensure profitable project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, including creative review and evaluation.
  • Agency experience is preferable.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with exposure to Adobe Acrobat, Workfront, and SharePoint a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed broadband Internet connectivity.
