We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Product Manager to deliver top-tier business solutions.

**Relocation to Riyadh, KSA is a requirement for this position.

Position Summary:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce and mobile consumer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed, data-driven decisions and positively influence team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and development methodologies is advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in enhancing user engagement and brand value while serving both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog of user stories and engage in development planning.
  • Assist development teams throughout the sprint cycle, including Backlog Refinement, Feature Planning, User Story Elaboration, Quality Assurance support, User Story acceptance, and product demonstrations for stakeholders.
  • Act as a key contributor to the product development lifecycle, including roadmap and release planning, as well as providing product expertise.
  • Support Go-To-Market teams to ensure the successful launch of products and new features.
  • Collaborate with the entire Product Management team, including User Experience, Visual Design, and fellow Product Managers, to align on product direction and business needs.
  • Continuously prioritize incoming market and customer requests to optimize product releases for maximum market impact.
  • Drive innovation across internal and external teams to elevate the omnichannel experience.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Support and Operations.
  • Experience in analyzing user behavior data for web and mobile applications, with advanced statistical knowledge and tools for usage pattern detection.
  • Solid understanding of mobile platforms, including best practices, advantages, limitations, and trends.
  • Ability to navigate global markets while understanding local trends and preferences.
  • Experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Russian and/or Arabic, both written and verbal, is a plus.
