Job Title: General Counsel

Formulated Solutions is seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects related to contracts, ensuring that our agreements align with industry regulations, protect our interests, and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts, including supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on contract-related matters to senior management and various departments.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact contractual obligations and business practices.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes related to contracts, including negotiations, mediations, and litigation as necessary.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment and address legal issues proactively.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in Florida.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on contract law and experience in the healthcare or manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and contract management best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
