Position Summary

We are looking for a Lead CRT/RRT Respiratory Therapist to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. In this role, you will assess respiratory needs and develop comprehensive care plans. We are seeking a collaborative individual who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of acute care ventilators for both short and long-term mechanical ventilation.
  • Demonstrate self-direction in your work.
  • Maintain accurate departmental and hospital records.
  • Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures across all age groups.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited respiratory care program (Associate Degree); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with critical care and intubation experience preferred.
  • Active Florida license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
