Your Role:

As an RN Resident, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to departmental requirements and nursing standards. You will work closely with medical providers and the care team to offer individualized, compassionate care, utilizing established nursing models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout shifts, reporting any changes.
  • Perform medical procedures and document care accurately in patient records.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, ensuring exceptional care.
  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the State.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Willingness to travel for training may be necessary.
