Position Summary and QualificationsWe are looking for a Cardiovascular Technologist II to assist in cardiac catheterization and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include performing emergency procedures related to catheterization, following established protocols under the guidance of a credentialed invasive cardiologist or radiologist.

Responsibilities:- Demonstrate accountability in identifying patient issues and collecting accurate data.
- Prioritize patient care and diagnostic activities based on reliable information.
- Exhibit knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, along with relevant conditions and treatment options.
- Show competency in performing catheterization lab procedures.
- Assist in data collection related to cardiovascular and other health statuses, documenting findings and reporting abnormalities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program and/or possess relevant certifications.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a licensed field, with at least one year in a cardiac catheterization lab.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with proficiency in following written and verbal instructions.
Additional Requirements:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained shortly after employment.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or equivalent credentials are preferred.
