Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Total Administrative Services Corporation. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients to sell benefit accounts, COBRA administration, and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain credibility, communications, and relationships with distributors and clients
  • Coordinate and functionally manage all activities relating to the sale of company services
  • Work with health insurance agents and other financial services professionals to provide and consult on services to business clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience
  • Previous benefits industry experience and/or connections is highly preferred
  • Must be located in the greater Seattle metro area and possess a valid driver's license
