Job Summary

We are seeking a Resilient Business Development Manager to join our talented team in the Pacific Northwest territory. This role will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with distributors, flooring contractors, and general contractors, while ensuring the distribution network within the territory is consistent with our overall distribution strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to drive revenue and market share growth in the Pacific Northwest territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, flooring contractors, and general contractors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of related account management or product technical support experience.
  • 2+ years of commercial flooring, interiors, or distribution experience, strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience, strongly preferred.
