Job Summary

Gateway Recruiting, INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales process in your territory, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including implantation and follow-up visits.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years' experience in the cardiac device industry, with a proven track record of developing new business and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a working knowledge of financial aspects of structuring agreements.
  • Ability to provide technical support to customers and manage multiple assignments effectively.
