Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to provide exceptional support to our Sales Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Real Estate Agents. This is a part-time, flexible position that requires a strong understanding of MLS systems, Microsoft 365 Suite, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property listings, including preparation, compliance, and status updates in MLS.
  • Train agents on SkySlope transaction management platform and assist with entry as needed.
  • Coordinate facilities and marketing support, including receptionist duties, floor duty scheduling, and office supplies.
  • Process A/P invoices via Concur platform and troubleshoot printer issues.
  • Support Marketing Coordinator overflow and assist with sales meetings, local events, and company contests.
  • Set up new agents, including printing new hire packets, uploading paperwork, and updating office rosters.
Requirements
  • Experience in a real estate office environment with a solid understanding of MLS systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
Physical Demands

This position requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer, with occasional standing, reaching, bending, squatting, and walking. The maximum weight requirement is 20 lbs.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday, totaling 25 hours a week.
