Amergis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our medical office. As the initial point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings and appointments with patients and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both paper and electronic
• Conduct research and provide information to patients and staff as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• 6-12 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
