Job Summary: ServiceNet is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Ticketing System Administrator to oversee and manage the ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with prior experience in ticketing systems management or maintenance coordination preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain the maintenance ticketing system.
  2. Monitor ticket statuses and follow up to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  3. Analyze ticket data to identify patterns and recommend solutions for recurring issues.
  4. Create and maintain documentation for ticketing workflows and system updates.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in ticketing systems management or maintenance coordination.
  • Familiarity with maintenance operations, tools, and ticketing software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
