Technical Support Professional

**Job Summary:**
SISL Global is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for managing the migration of mobile devices for one month. This involves ensuring timely arrival, conducting 3rd party background checks and drug tests, and maintaining accurate inventory management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience working with different device platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Additionally, knowledge of handling iOS, Mac, and Android devices to assist users will be beneficial.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the migration of mobile devices for one month
- Ensure timely arrival and conduct 3rd party background checks and drug tests
- Maintain accurate inventory management
- Perform IMACs (Installation, Maintenance, Alteration, and Correction) on all systems as applicable
- Perform maintenance, patches, and updates to all systems in a timely manner
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with different device platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows devices
- Knowledge of handling iOS, Mac, and Android devices to assist users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
