Generalist HR Administrative Support

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team at ServiceNet. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities- Onboarding Program Development: Design and implement an engaging onboarding program that sets the tone for a positive employee experience. Develop customized onboarding materials, checklists, and processes tailored to departmental needs.
- Job Description Updates: Collaborate with leadership to update and maintain accurate job descriptions. Ensure job descriptions align with company structure, meet legal requirements, and support recruitment efforts.
- HR Data Management: Provide high-quality HR data management support, ensuring accuracy in HR systems and maintaining confidential employee records. Foster positive relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding, job descriptions, and HR administration, is required for this position.
- Familiarity with human services is a plus.
