About the Role: As a Maintenance Ticketing System Coordinator at ServiceNet, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization by ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address facility needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in ticketing systems management or maintenance coordination preferred. Familiarity with maintenance operations, tools, and ticketing software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $52,800.
