Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Receptionist to join our team at Lia Toyota Northampton. This role offers a competitive salary of $16-$18/hour based on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a 401K plan with employer match, paid weekly, discounts on services and parts, employee vehicle purchase plans, and company-provided uniforms.

The ideal candidate will be organized, ambitious, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also have the ability to provide quality customer service, perform job responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines easily.

Responsibilities include taking payments from service and parts customers, closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system, compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposits, receiving customer deposits for sales department, answering service phones, making service appointments, and assisting service customers when needed.
