Job Description

This position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our maintenance ticketing system, coordinating with maintenance staff, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management:
  • Log, prioritize, and route incoming maintenance requests.
  • Monitor ticket statuses and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Analyze ticket data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for ticketing workflows and system updates.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Act as the central point of contact for maintenance ticket-related queries and updates.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate status updates and resolutions to requesters in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate and improve ticketing processes to enhance system efficiency and response times.
  • Provide recommendations for resource allocation based on ticket trends and priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in ticketing systems management or maintenance coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with maintenance operations, tools, and ticketing software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $22.00-24.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings options, and paid time off.
