Job Summary

The Senior Sales Business Accelerator is a key member of the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices team, responsible for driving commercial performance by providing strategic insights and analytics to support sales strategy and execution. This role will play a critical part in accelerating business growth by leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales decisions and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Insights and Intelligence
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that drive commercial performance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Performance Management and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework to track and measure sales performance.
    • Provide regular performance reports and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in on sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a sales operations, marketing, or finance role, with a focus on business insights and analytics.
  • Skills
    • Deep analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders.
    • Experience with sales territory management and incentive compensation.
