Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales and Marketing with a focus on person-centered sales training to lead our initiatives in the senior living sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for sales and marketing across assigned senior living communities.
  • Inspire and coach Sales Directors to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to formulate effective strategies within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to ensure achievement of occupancy goals.
  • Recruit and develop top-tier sales talent to enhance team performance.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including social media, community outreach, and public relations.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials in partnership with the creative team.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track and advance sales prospects.
  • Foster positive relationships with local media and community partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and/or sales management experience, with a focus on senior living.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams across diverse markets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.
