About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at Deluxe Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping us grow our TRIPS products by providing solution and technical sales support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist sales representatives in the creation of solution proposals for prospects, including developing a strategy on how to position our services based on the prospect's value proposition.
  • Provide answers to technical questions that cannot be answered by sales representatives and help create a pricing proposal.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their priority needs and customize demonstrations and presentations based on the value proposition to the prospect.
  • Assist in the creation of business cases to help prospects justify the purchase of our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain presentations and demonstrations for content services offerings based on our value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with our Professional Services and Configuration Teams to ensure we can deliver on the proposed solution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computers, Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales support role, with a strong understanding of financial institutions and their use of enterprise content management capabilities.
  • Experience working with Hyland Onbase products, back office software solutions, or TRIPS is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Ability to take a consultative approach and put the customer's needs first.
