We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to expand our hereditary cancer and somatic testing programs in the Pacific Northwest region.

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a profitable sales ratio
  • Develop and execute a business plan aligned with national strategy
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on product and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and pursue contracting opportunities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in relevant industries, preferably in diagnostic services
  • Domain knowledge of diagnostic services and oncology genetic-based tests
  • Experience selling genetic-based tests in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to travel and work in a remote setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
